MOC-A Picnic Welcomes Back NOAA Mariners!

What a great day for a picnic!  As a welcome home to the TJ, MOC-A hosted a well-attended picnic with about 50 NOAA team members from MOC-A, THOMAS JEFFERSON, FERDINAND HASSLER (in port, great timing!), NOS and local members of the NOAA Association of Commissioned Officers.  The food and company was perfect!  Many thanks to all that came out and a shout out to Mr. Noel Mendoza who single handedly cooked for all of us and to LTJG Matt Chonka for setting this event up and promoting it across Hampton Roads!
