Sustainable Seafood Celebration - A SUCCESS!

DC NOFA and DC ACO participated in NOAA's CHOW (Capital Hill Oceans Week) event Sustainable Seafood Celebration (previously known as the NOAA Fish Fry) by hosting a booth preparing Blue Catfish Po-Boy's (lightly breaded fried catfish on a slider bun with coleslaw and topped with remoulade sauce). Working side by side we prepared and served over 600 plates of this delicious appetizer! This event was possible with the help from volunteers from NOFA and the ACO.
