Pacific Membership Dues
Dues help fund local chapters by covering operating expenses, contributing to MWR event costs, retirement gifts, outreach events and philanthropic opportunities. Dues for active duty Officers are your current rank times $20 (ex. O-1's pay $20, O-3's pay $60, O-5's pay $100, ect). Retired Officers pay one flay fee of $50.
The dues drive for 2025 will begin in January and will last until January 2026.
The payment of dues is optional but encouraged and greatly appreciated. Members who are current on their dues will get access to special perks throughout the year. Dues can be paid using the QR code below (include your name & rank/retiree status):

Serving as scientific support coordinator for the PNW, he works with USCG and EPA to clean up oil and HAZMAT from Seattle. When the phone calls subside, he enjoys reviving orchids, spending time with his family where they eat, listen to live music, watch movies, and make each other laugh.
Currently serving as an Ocean Engineer for the Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory. When not on duty, he is biking, hiking, or climbing around Seattle and the PNW.
LCDR Efird grew up in central California and is currently serving as Chief of Staff, Marine Operations in Newport, OR. While not at sea he enjoys hiking with his family, diving, and coaching/ playing soccer.
Currently serving as the Tides and Currents Support Officer for Pacific Operations Branch, Field Operations Division of CO-OPS at the Western Regional Center. He is also an augmenting King Air aircraft commander with the Aircraft Operations Center. A devoted husband and father of three, Alex enjoys gardening, gaming, and spending time with his family at one of the Seattle area’s many beautiful local trails, lakes, and rivers.
Currently serving as the Scientific Support Coordinator for the Ecosystems & Fisheries-Oceanography Coordinated Investigation (EcoFOCI) program in Seattle. Robert is a New Orleans native with a passion for long distance hiking, running, and camping.
Currently serving as a Rotating Ship Medical Officer out of Marine Operations Center - Pacific in Newport, OR. Lynn enjoys throwing on the wheel (ceramics) and scuba diving.
Currently serving as the special assistant at National Marine Fisheries California Central Valley Office. In her free time, Julie enjoys hiking, being in nature, going to an aquarium, painting, and travelling.
LTJG Tegan Murray is currently serving aboard the Oscar Elton Sette and will soon report as Operations Officer for the Ecosystem Science Division at SWFSC in La Jolla, CA. When not on duty she spends her time surfing, hiking, or at the beach with friends.
Currently serving as Station Chief at NOAA's American Samoa Atmospheric Observatory. After a year in American Samoa, Mike will then get the opportunity to serve as Station Chief at NOAA's South Pole Atmospheric Observatory. In his free time, Mike enjoys hiking, traveling, and reading.
LT Nina Lesser, is the liaison to the USCG Polar icebreakers. Her previous assignments were the senior instructor at NCOTC and JO on Gordon Gunter. In her free time, she likes to travel, make art, and hang out with animals.
Born and raised in Northern California, LT Anthony J. Zoller attended the California State University Maritime Academy, earning a B.S. in Marine Engineering Technology and an Unlimited Third Assistant Engineers License. LT Zoller currently serves as the Operations Officer at the Marine Operations Center – Pacific Islands, directly liaising with the U.S. Navy and USCG for a wide array of services, as well as the shoreside logistics for all NOAA vessels operating in the greater Pacific Island (PI) region.
